Throughout Billy’s career, he has proven an innate ability to forge mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders and build consensus by creating a compelling story around financial data/metrics in a way that commands listeners’ attention, earns people’s trust, and results in a thorough understanding of the path forward. In his current role as CEO at Threshold, the company has garnered many awards for its amazing creative work, being one of the fastest-growing companies in the US, and one of the fastest-growing agencies globally. In 2020, he was named one of the 40 over 40 recipients as one of the most talented and accomplished people transforming the United States advertising industry.
Billy prides himself on being a leader with a repeated history of success building, coaching, and mentoring strong, cohesive teams; championing change in fast-paced organizations, and quickly achieving profitability in previously unprofitable accounts/companies.
When Billy's not working he's: playing tennis or golf, traveling with his family, or grillin'.

Steve has a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
When Steve’s not working, he is spending time with his dog Béla, practicing pilates, developing photos in his black and white film darkroom, and working to improve his cooking skills.

Before joining Threshold, Michael served as Executive Director of Marketing at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, where he led a 19-person in-house marketing group responsible for brand strategy, digital performance, creative, and analytics across a diverse national portfolio.
Before that, he cofounded and served as Executive Vice President at Agency FIFTY3, helping grow the agency while driving measurable gains in occupancy, retention, and full-funnel marketing outcomes for real estate clients.
As EVP of Revenue Generation at Threshold, Michael leads our national growth strategy, unifies sales and client success, and drives expansion across website products, digital marketing services, and emerging solutions. His focus is on building a scalable, predictable revenue engine that strengthens Threshold’s market position and delivers meaningful value for clients in real estate, financial services, and professional legal services.
For Michael, the best evening is spent watching Mean Girls—his all-time favorite movie. Don’t ask him about the remake unless you want to make enemies.

Abby holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!). With over a decade of marketing experience, she’s become a go-to expert, specializing in real estate and financial institution marketing.
Abby and her team are focused on driving innovation in strategy and products, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the digital landscape. Her data-driven mindset helps to translate data into actionable insights that drive results for our clients.
But what truly sets Abby apart is her knack for collaboration. Whether it’s working closely with her peers or partnering with our clients, she’s all about strengthening relationships and delivering unmatched digital success.

FORD

With a strong foundation in design and in-depth technical experience building and managing websites, Heather bridges the gap between creative vision and technical execution. She is known for guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, high-impact design and web experiences that drive results while staying on brand, on budget, and on schedule. Her role frequently spans creative direction, project leadership, copywriting, and cross-team collaboration—ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality at every stage of a project.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Sheridan College and a Diploma of Graphic Design from Conestoga College in Ontario, Canada. As Threshold’s longest-tenured team member, she brings deep institutional knowledge and a genuine passion for helping both clients and teammates succeed.
When she isn’t working, you can find her drawing on her digital tablet, baking something delicious, watching MMA or pretending to be a dragon with her son.
